The Marengo Box is a mix of easy to prepare beef, poultry, lamb, pork, and
fish for families on the go. Each box includes 2 8-pieced fryer chickens, 1 lb
of lamb kabob meat, 5 lbs of ground beef, 5 lbs of beef patties, 3 ham steaks
(~1 lb per steak), 3 lbs of breakfast patties, 3 lbs of pork chops, 2 whitefish
fillets (~1 lb each), and 2 lake trout fillets (~1 lbs each). Finally, you can

The Penokee Box - $210
For families that eat meat. The Penokee
Box is a mix of beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and fish designed to provide
meat for approximately 18 dinners a month for a family of four. Each box
contains 4 whitefish fillets (~1 lb per fillet), 4 lake trout fillets
(~1lb per fillet), 3 whole chickens, 8 pork chops (~4 lbs total), 1 pork
roast (~3lbs), 1 ham roast (~3 lbs), 5 lbs ground beef (1 lb packs), 9
1/3 lb beef patties, 1 lb of lamb kabob meat, and 1 lb of ground lamb.
